This agreement made and entered into this the 15thday of March      1929 between W. Al Jennings - Atty at Law, Party of the First Part and Mrs. Sara Epps Crouch and her immediate family      , Parties of the Second Part, WITNESSETH;

     For in and consideration of the sum of    Twenty Five and no/100 dollars ($ 25 ) in hand paid this day, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the said W. Al. Jennings - Atty at Law, Part of the First Part, contracts and agrees to represent the Parties of the Second Part as their Attorney at Law for the above consideration in the capacity only to establish the identity of Mrs. Sara Epps Crouch and her immediate family               Parties of the Second Part, as being lenial descent of W^m Jennings, alleged to be one of the heirs of the William L. Jennens Estate in England.
