Jane & Joseph Dunnahoo sell ? Acre To W. A. Bain for $500

This Indenture made this eighteenth day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty eight, between Jane Dunnahoo and Joseph H. Dunnahoo of the County of Clark and State aforesaid of the one part, and W. A. Bain of the other part. Witnesseth, that the said Jane Dunnahoo and Joseph H. Dunnahoo for and in consideration of the sum of Five Hundred Dollars to them in hand paid at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath granted, bargained sold and conveyed and doth by these presents grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the said William A. Bain heirs and assigns, all that tract or parcel of land situate lying and being in the County of Clark State aforesaid being a part of a lot originally sold & conveyed by deed from John R. Matthews to Jane Dunnahoo & Joseph H. Dunnahoo said deed dated March 4, 1854 said lot being given in fee simple by the last will & testament of James Dunnahoo Sen., unto his wife said will dated June 2nd 1856 aforesaid lot or part being bounded as follows on the East by the lot of Leroy Matthews on the North by Patrick Barry's lot on the West by the lot owned by Jane Dunnahoo & Joseph Dunnahoo & on the south by the street running between Henry Hull & said lot - said lot containing three fourths of an acre, more or less.
To have and to hold said tract or parcel of land unto him the said William A. Bain his heirs and assigns together with all and singular the rights, members and appurtenances thereof, to the same in any manner belonging to him his own proper use benefit and behalf, forever in fee simple. And the said Jane Dunnahoo & Joseph H. Dunnahoo for themselves their heirs executors and administrators, the said bargained premises unto the said William A. Bain his heirs and assigns will warrant and forever defend the right and title thereof against themselves and against the claim of all other persons whatever.
In witness whereof the said Jane Dunnahoo & Joseph H. Dunnahoo have hereunto set their hand and seal the day and year above written.
