Georgia, Clark County - In pursuance of the last will and testament of James Dunnahoe, deceased, will be sold before the Court house door in the town of Watkinsville, on the first Tuesday in November next, between the legal hours of sale, to the highest bidder, the following property viz: the plantation whereon said deceased formerly lived, the same lying on Shoal Creek, six miles South East from Athens, adjoining lands to Joseph F. Morton and others, containing 555 acres more or less, 150 in woods and 50 acres of first choice cotton land, all under a good fence with a comfortable two story dwelling and other out houses. Also four Negroes, viz; Jim a Negro man about 50 years old; Caleb, about 25 years of age; Frank, a boy 12 years old; Henry, 10 years old. All sold for the benefit of the legatees. Terms made known on the day of sale.
