MOODY - Mrs. Mamie Spaulding formerly of Athens, Ga., passed Sat. Oct. 30, 1971 in Dublin, Ga. She is the daughter of the late Gip Spaulding and Rev. Mrs. Sallie W. Spaulding. Survivors are Mrs. Willie Mae Winn, Fitzgerald, Ga.; Mr. Albert P. Willis, Grand Rapids, Mich.; Miss Sarah Willis, Salisbury, N.C.; many nephews and nieces. The funeral will be held Mon. Nov. 1, 1971 at 1 p.m. from the Union Temple A.M.E. The Rev. Frank Lelison officiating. The remains will lie in state at the church, Evans Street, from 12 p.m. until the hour of the funeral. Interment will be in the Gospel Pilgrim Cemetery. McWhorter Funeral Home.
